After many phone calls, they finally started giving me some of my money, but they were thousands short. Finally one of them actually looked, and found that they had never switched me over in their system.I got it up and running. They just kept sending me the exact same instruction sheet over, and over, and over again, telling me it MUST be my fault. The "10 minute" onboarding process took 5 hours, because they made a mistake on their end. Then Lightspeed told me I had to switch to their payment system or I would have to pay a $360 fine. When I signed up with lightspeed, I was told that I needed to use Genius as a credit card processor. It is even our top choice for the best free POS system.So bad I'm going to have to get a lawyer.
